Not only because <em>what<\/em> he says is worth listening to but also <em>how<\/em> he says it. Same goes for <em>Bren\u00e9 Brown<\/em> in talking about the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"power of vulnerability (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iCvmsMzlF7o\" target=\"_blank\">power of vulnerability<\/a><strong> <\/strong>in a, to me, entertaining way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-rich wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The power of vulnerability | Bren\u00e9 Brown\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iCvmsMzlF7o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To me, what they have in common, is their elaboration on human potentials und what it needs to uncover them. Of course, being part of a research project called <a href=\"http:\/\/educatingchangeagents.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Educating Future Change Agents (opens in a new tab)\">Educating Future Change Agents<\/a> that\u00b4s quite of my interest. Finally, being vulnerable has to do with be willing to dare, which also implies to be willing of being wrong. We don\u00b4t want the \u201cwrong\u201d things to happen, though. However, what we know by now is that how we are treating the planet and therefore ultimately ourselves is not \u201cright\u201d neither. So, what we need is change, and agents of change. Who are willing to do things differently. So maybe we should not talk about doing things <em>right<\/em> or <em>wrong<\/em>. Maybe we all should just dare a little bit more, embracing vulnerability?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sentence that accompanies me since the age of 18, when I copied it from a friend\u00b4s book:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cWhat would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have dreams.
