Maybe you\u00b4ll find some answers there?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the Living Spiral Framework<\/a> Thomas Macintyre, Martha Chaves (founders of mentes-en-transicion<\/a>, English: „transitional minds“) and Dylan McGarry (founder of the institute of uncanny justness<\/a>), all part of the T-Learning Project<\/a> (check it out!), give to us a tool, applicable not only to uncover personal but also collective transformative learning journeys. Maybe you want to try it out with your working group?<\/em> Do you know your own, or your project\u00b4s, \u201croots\u201d, \u201cshoots\u201d, \u201cstems\u201d and \u201cleaves\u201d? Have you or your project already come to \u201cblossom\u201d? And: What leaves have fallen to the ground, providing for fertile soil to make the next shoots potentially stronger?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transgressive learning project<\/a> is a healthy sign, opening up new ways<\/em> (in academia), while leaving plenty of \u201cwork\u201d to each of us to find our own. The Living Spiral Framework is a helpful, creative and enjoyable tool to go on these journeys of discovery. What it needs, though, is time. But if we want to see (outer) change<\/em>, maybe it\u00b4s worth dedicating some time to (inner) transformation<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks <\/em>for letting us learn from and modify the tool to our own case\/needs. Not telling us what to do but instead providing support to explore. And that\u00b4s what\u00b4s ahead: Nothing known so we can draw on prescriptions – but a future to explore and co-create. By <\/em>and with <\/em>each one of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
