Recently a short video about the project <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mezzanin.web.leuphana.de\/category\/transformationsraeume\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/mezzanin.web.leuphana.de\/category\/transformationsraeume\/\">transformation::spaces for future-oriented learning<\/a><\/strong> (TRAFOS) was released, giving insights into their evolution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Transformations::R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr zukunftsorientiertes Lernen (Leuphana Universit\u00e4t L\u00fcneburg)\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CthA3X-9Puc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next to the video, also a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stifterverband.org\/medien\/raumlabore_studierendenpartizipation_in_der_lernraumgestaltung\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.stifterverband.org\/medien\/raumlabore_studierendenpartizipation_in_der_lernraumgestaltung\"><strong>handbook<\/strong><\/a> just got published with participatory methods on how to delve into the process of collaboratively designing learning spaces, together with the main target group: students!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/raumlabore_handbuch_studierendenpartizipation_in_der_lernraumgestaltung.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Einbettung von raumlabore_handbuch_studierendenpartizipation_in_der_lernraumgestaltung.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-842a9996-537b-4378-9ea2-d9a07489cb0c\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/raumlabore_handbuch_studierendenpartizipation_in_der_lernraumgestaltung.pdf\">raumlabore_handbuch_studierendenpartizipation_in_der_lernraumgestaltung<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/raumlabore_handbuch_studierendenpartizipation_in_der_lernraumgestaltung.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-842a9996-537b-4378-9ea2-d9a07489cb0c\">Herunterladen<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, let me tell you from the perspective of a learning architecture agent as well as an &#8222;instructor&#8220;: Everybody involved can learn a lot! I feel comfortable to say that co-creation in the TRAFOS did not only lead to a physical transformation of space but to personal transformations, too. People realised the potential, the power, they have and the one that lies within collaboration! Years back I came across the saying &#8222;Nobody can do everything but everybody can do something.&#8220; So <strong>co-creation is where magic happens<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3668-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-935\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3668-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3668-1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3668-1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3668-1-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3668-1-1568x2091.jpg 1568w, https:\/\/blog.thereskonrad.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3668-1-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">What I can do now, after the &#8222;birth&#8220; of the TRAFOS: Support other institutions to engage in similar processes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Competencies reveal themselves in practice, in the doing. The TRAFOS have become a spot on campus where ideas can be shared in a safe space. Where ideas can be nurtured by the people who randomly pass by or meet there on purpose. A student of my <a href=\"https:\/\/workshops.thereskonrad.org\/?p=152\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/workshops.thereskonrad.org\/?p=152\">course &#8222;Growing Together&#8220;<\/a> brought the following to my attention:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACT = Action Changes Things. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YES! By having a space to show to ourselves what we are capable of, individually and collectively, as students or as teachers &#8211; that&#8217;s valuable if we want to <strong>courageously co-create our future<\/strong>, starting where we are.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last year I had the honour to work as learning architecture agent at Leuphana University of L\u00fcneburg.
