In my last blog post I wrote „I‘m a foodie and a gardener“. I definitely had delicious times. Thankfully, I‘m still blessed in culinary terms.
What I strongly notice though, while collecting gardening experiences here and there: I‘m longing for my own garden. I want, what I have been dreaming of for years now, to come to life: my own project.
Last year, I had the pleasure to co-facilitate the co-creation of the transformation::spaces for future-oriented learning. I’m passionate about the creation of spaces where we can thrive; where we can encounter one’s self and each other, through action and refection.
Metaphorically speaking, I want to continue creating fertile soil conditions for us human beings to thrive. From now on: also literally though.
This year, I had the chance to visit some inspiring places in this regard: Alma Verde Permacultura, ‚El Otro Lado‘, Earthship Patagonia, and Cotiledón.
Plenty of inspiration – and by now there is more than motivation. I feel more of an urge – to START!
It is time for creating another space now. A place to be. A place to laugh, learn, and connect. A home.
While wandering around the last months, I noted down the following in my diary (in my mother tongue German):

Stell dir vor es entsteht ein Ort, an dem du gerne regelmäßig zurückkehrst.
Ein Ort, der dich durch seine verspielte, liebevolle, in vielerlei Hinsicht nährende ART, verzaubert.
Ein Ort, an dem Menschen wie Gemüse wachsen dürfen.
Ein Ort, der zum kreativen Schaffen, als auch zum süßen Verweilen einlädt.
Ein Ort des Miteinanders.
Stell dir vor, es entsteht ein Ort, wo du dir selbst und anderen auf Augenhöhe und mit Wohlwollen begegnest.
Ein Ort, der dir gut tut.
Ein Ort, als Basis, um Schönes & Gutes entstehen zu lassen.
Ein Ort der Teilhabe.

… it should be big enough to provide space for
- „Casa Knoblauch“ – our farm Bistro 😉
- a little CSA farm
- chicken (and potentially other animals)
- a wood workshop
- a seminar space
- campsite
- if no water source at our doorstep: a natural pond
- … and potentially an over-dimensional tea cup to sit inside, outside in the garden 😉
